This one day seminar will focus on the important partnership between executive directors and presidents to ensure good governance in voluntary organizations.  The curriculum will give you and your partner the chance to explore your priorities for the year and determine how best to work together.  Gain insights about making knowledge-based decisions, creating a culture of trust and sustaining a nimble infrastructure.  Learn from best practices in not for profit organizations and learn the difference between oversight, supervision and "snoopervision".  Make sure your board meetings focus more on strategic direction than "administrivia". The program is designed to engage partners in activities to discuss leadership styles and encourage immediate application of knowledge-based governance strategies.
