Alpha Chi Omega - Housing Finance Administrator
This position includes a wide range of responsibilities ranging from review of monthly financial statements, facility and capital budgeting, strategic planning, evaluation of loans, and analyzing options for finance. This position entails working closely in planning and budgeting with the Housing Director. Candidate must have a degree in business with a strong financial/accounting background. 3-5 years experience in property management and finance highly desirable.

Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity - Office Assistant
Full-time permanent position provides front desk administrative support including answering phone calls, receiving guests, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and special projects. Pi Beta Phi Fraternity - Fraternity Controller
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Full-time accounting position for a fraternal non-profit organization. Reports to Executive Director. Supervises four members in the accounting department and works closely with volunteer officers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and direction for the internal financial reporting process of the Fraternity
- Develop team members to achieve high performance
- Coordinate annual audit and tax preparation with audit firm
- Prepare and present annual budget to board; monitor and report back ongoing results
- Research and develop policies and procedures for program improvements and cost savings
- Serve on project teams throughout the organization and provide financial guidance
Salary: Commensurate with experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting and minimum of 4 years of experience in related field. CPA certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Working knowledge of general ledger software. Database experience a plus.
- Supervisory experience with strong interpersonal communication skills and collaborative working style.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with ease.
- Thoroughness in process implementation.
- High personal commitment to organization policies, procedures and core values. Strict adherence to professional ethics.
