2023 Frontline Conference
The Frontline Conference is a professional conference for any headquarters staff member who works on the frontlines of our organizations and is forward facing to our collegiate chapters, collegians and campus partners.
This year’s curriculum will equip attendees with soft skills designed to challenge members and chapters to operate at the highest levels with integrity. The program will feature general sessions on confidence, understanding our leadership motivations and how they impact others, communications and models for effective intervention. Our goal is for attendees to leave the conference with a greater appreciation of their role as front line employees within their organization and with new skills to help them excel in that role. The challenges in the current environment were at the forefront of our minds when planning this year’s program.
The condensed schedule can be found here.
The fee covers the following meals: dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday, Tuesday's dinner will be on your own. The fee also includes materials, rooming accommodations. All participants will stay at the Crowne Plaza Union Station for the duration of the conference. Based on prior year evaluations, having participants live and work together throughout the conference added benefit to their experience.
