Radically Unfinished: Women in the Workplace
The Fraternity Executive Association and The Leadership and Training Studio are bringing back the much acclaimed two-day event for women working in the fraternal industry. We are also offering an exciting pre-conference opportunity titled "The Uniquely Unfinished You".
The frequent requests for the return of Radically Unfinished: Women in the Workplace confirmed our thinking that its still relevant to talk to women – in a different way. It’s time to help them be successful in the workforce, and not just on Mondays when they are fresh off of some rest from the weekend. It’s time to help them be successful year round – and not just for a year. It’s time to support them, to listen to them and to hold them accountable. It’s time to offer them real solutions in the areas they are struggling, and it’s time to do it now – before it is too late.
Join us as we frame an honest conversation about the expectations of being a woman in the workforce. Then, we want to challenge some existing thoughts and behaviors so we can set a practical course for success. We want to keep our women in this industry, but first, we must have direct and authentic discussions.
Date: October 16-17, 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Registration: The cost is $399 per participant or $1,999 for a "table" of six people

Join us for a pre-conference session that unlocks the power of your uniquely perfect personality.
Here’s how it works:
- Take the assessment at our special $99 price for radically unfinished participants
- Come to the pre-conference (time and date)
- Hang out at a cocktail hour once we are done
What you’ll get:

- Time well spent with other women full of interaction, joy, and authentic connection.
